Hi Year 4,
Happy Easter - I hope you are staying safe and well!
This week, I have been on some enjoyable walks in the sunshine. There is a lovely walk by my house which is along the River Esk. It is very picturesque and peaceful. I have also read some books in the garden, making the most of the sunny weather.
I have also challenged my wife to games of Scrabble and Monopoly She is very competitive and likes to win! We made some homemade pizzas one night - they turned out rather well (See the picture below!). I hope you enjoyed completing some of the 10 challenges - it is important to keep busy during these times when we are not together in school.
Please see below week 3's challenges - I wonder how many you can complete?
Speak soon, Year 4 - stay safe and take care.

Hello Year 4,
I hope you are all well and have had a good week. Did you enjoy doing some of the weekly challenges? I hope so!
This week, I have been busy in the kitchen making some tasty meals! I would definitely recommend banana pancakes.
All you need is: 2 bananas, 3 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla essence (if you have this) and 2 tablespoons of self-raising flour whisked together! Cook in a pan on a high heat (see picture below) I served mine with fruit and yoghurt - they were very filling.
I have been continuing to get my daily exercise by taking a walk. I have also completed Joe Wick's PE sessions too! I hope you have been able to get out each day for some exercise - it is very important to keep healthy and active during this time.
Please see below my 10 challenges for this week. I hope you enjoy doing these at home :)
Take care and stay safe!
