The Governor Support Team (GST) offer support, advice and an extended range of training opportunities for governors and clerks to assist them to provide effective school leadership in Cumbria.
Miss C Hill, Clerk to Governors, will publicise courses offered by the GST.
The local authority has very kindly purchased the National Governance Association - Learning Link service for all schools in Cumbria.
The Learning Link offers 50 training modules for governing boards with some modules offering CPD accreditation.
