Science - Plants
In science we have been learning about what plants need to grow. We found out about the different parts of a plant and a flower. We investigated their role. We did an experiment to find out what plants need to grow and be healthy. We found out that to germinate a seed needs water and heat. To grow into a healthy plant, it needs soil, heat, water, light and air. We investigated pollination and fertilisation, seed dispersal and the life cycle of a flowering plant.
