Flu Immunisation Catch up Clinics
Dear Parents
The school nurse immunisation team are able to offer the Nasal Flu immunisation for any child in Reception and Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 who did not have the vaccine in the sessions in school recently.
A clinic will be held on Tuesday 12th December 3:00pm – 4:45pm at INSPIRA, Lowther Street, Carlisle. No appointment is needed, just turn up.
Please note- It must be a parent/guardian with parental responsibility who signs the consent form to enable the child to receive the vaccination. Consent cannot be given over the phone.
